2. Eligibility

Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Intimate wearables used on skin (for hygiene reasons)
• Discounted or final-sale items
• Gift cards

4. Process

Email us at support@trendznext.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

We will provide return address & instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
